In recent months, I've been exploring ElevenLabs, focusing on Text To Speech and using my own voice through the Instant Voice Cloning feature.
I created a fairly simple CloudFlare Worker that takes some text, forwards it to ElevenLabs and then stores the mp3-file in an R2 bucket.
